ABOUT NICK FINTAN

Nick Fintan is a contemporary Australian artist. He studied painting at the National Art School in Sydney. He has held six solo exhibitions and has exhibited in various group shows. Nick is the recipient of the 2026 Hunter Emerging Art Prize for painting. Nick has also been a finalist in a number of art prizes, including the Kilgour Prize, the Blake Prize, and the Brett Whiteley Travelling Art Scholarship. He currently lives in Newcastle, NSW
